During this hands-on creative experience we will explore the beauty of natural pigments and rust techniques. Over the course of two days, you’ll learn how to work with earth pigments and rust to create unique textures and colours, turning simple materials into works of art.

Day 1:

We’ll begin by introducing you to the properties of rust and how to work with metals to create natural oxidation effexts. You’ll also learn how to gather and use earth pigments to produce rich and organic colours in your artwork.

Day 2:

Building on what we learned day 1, we’ll dive deeper into layering techniques, combining rust and pigments to create multi-dimensional pieces. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a series of works that reflect your personal style and connection to these natural materials.

Lunch will be provided on both days, allowing you to relax and recharge while sharing the experience with fellow creatives.

This workshop is perfect for creatives of all levels who are interested in exploring new ways to work with natural materials.
